The HYROX Intermediate 14-Week Plan is your complete guide to race readiness. Especially for hybrid performance athletes, this program mixes running efficiency with race-specific strength, stamina, and mental toughness to build you into a well-rounded HYROX athlete.
Over 14 weeks, you'll build total-body strength, refine your pace through progressive run work, and master transitions under fatigue using hybrid formats like EMOMs, AMRAPs, and sled-based circuits. The plan ends with a taper and full-race simulation to prepare you mentally and physically for race day and includes a recovery week to help you reset and grow stronger post-competition.
