How Warrior Lab works
Warrior Lab is more than just another app. It guides you through your training, helps you peak for race day, then analyzes post-race what you can do to improve.
Select HYROX race, division, target time, and if needed invite a doubles partner.
The app is loaded with performance tests for all stations and run. Take a few tests to set your initial readiness profile.
If there are any areas that you know need focus then you can set them to help the app guide your training in the best way — for example, running, BBJ, lunges, wall balls or sled work.
Choose a training plan that matches your level. Or generate a one-off workout with just a couple taps for exactly what you want to focus on.
Record a quick video and get an in-depth movement analysis so that you know what might cost you extra energy or get you penalized in the race, and where you can gain time just by adjusting your form.
The more you use the app, the more it understands you. Your lab report gives in-depth analysis of your training, nutrition, testing, movement, focus areas and general readiness.
