DEKA FIT is a hybrid fitness race built around 10 fitness zones and 5K of total running. The challenge is not just completing the zones; it is learning how to run after each zone, control breathing, manage fatigue, and keep movement quality high from start to finish.
That is why this plan trains three things together: the engine, the zones, and the transitions between them.
DEKA FIT Hybrid Warrior 16 gives you a structured 16-week roadmap built around the exact demands of the event: running durability, zone-specific strength, compromised running, transition discipline, and race-day execution.
This Coach Edition + Bonus Pack is designed for intermediate athletes who can already jog for 30 minutes and complete basic strength training, but want more structure than random circuits or generic conditioning.
Across 16 weeks, you will progress through four focused training blocks:
Block 1 - Foundation & Technique: build aerobic base, movement quality, and clean zone patterns.
Block 2 - Engine & Strength: increase running durability, strength, and power.
Block 3 - Speed & Station Intensity: develop threshold intervals, compromised running, and zone density.
