I work with athletes who love “hybrid” – the place where strength, endurance, and grit meet. That includes:
- HYROX® and HYROX® Doubles athletes
- Hybrid and functional fitness athletes
- DEKA, LT Games, and similar strength-endurance competitors
- Runners who want to blend endurance with real strength
- Busy professionals and parents who train hard and care about performance
You don’t have to be elite yet – but you should be serious, coachable, and ready to train with intention.
Coach
Who I Am
I’m a HYROX® Affiliate Certified Performance Coach, sports nutritionist, and master trainer with more than 25 years of coaching experience. Over that time, I’ve helped athletes at every level build strength, engine, and race-day confidence.
I’m also the founder of Warrior Performance Lab and the Warrior Lab app, a performance hub built for hybrid athletes who want structure, clarity, and honest feedback – not guesswork and random workouts.
I’ve worked with first-time HYROX® rookies who just want to finish strong, returning age-group athletes chasing big PRs, and Pro-level competitors aiming for podiums and World Championship qualification.
No matter the level, my approach is the same: respect the body, respect the data, and respect the athlete’s real life.
Philosophy
How I Think About Coaching
My philosophy is simple:
Train smart, not just hard – and build a body that can handle both.
A few pillars that shape how I coach:
- Evidence-based first. I pull from sports science, exercise physiology, and real race data – not trends or random “hard” workouts.
- Hybrid by design. Strength, conditioning, running, and station work all have to fit together, not fight each other.
- Durability over drama. Big performances come from consistent, intelligent training – not constantly flirting with injury and burnout.
- Individual over template. Your goals, schedule, lifestyle, equipment, and recovery capacity all matter. The plan should reflect that.
- Mindset is a training variable. Confidence, race IQ, and how you handle discomfort are skills we build – not just things you “hope” show up on race day.

Hybrid Sport
What I Believe About HYROX® & Hybrid Training
HYROX® and hybrid events are not just “hard workouts in a row.” They are a sport – with specific demands, patterns, and common mistakes.
- Pacing is a superpower. The difference between “I died at the lunges” and “I closed strong” is usually pacing and decision-making, not secret fitness.
- Technique is free speed. Better sled mechanics, wall ball technique, running form, and transitions cost nothing – and save huge amounts of time and energy.
- Recovery is part of training. If your life is full (work, kids, stress), your training plan must respect that or it will break you.
- Women are not small men. Women often need a different approach to training, nutrition, recovery, and long-term strategy. I take that seriously.
Fit
Is Warrior Performance Lab Right For You?
Warrior Performance Lab is likely a good fit if:
- You’re training for HYROX®, hybrid, DEKA, LT Games, OCR, or performance-focused running.
- You’re tired of guessing and want a structured, evidence-informed plan.
- You care about race-day execution as much as you care about training volume.
- You’re willing to communicate honestly and do the work – even when life is busy.
It might not be a fit if:
- You want random “destroy me” workouts with no bigger plan.
- You’re not ready to train consistently at least 3–4 days per week.
- You want quick fixes more than long-term development.
