Sharing your personal information
We do not sell your personal information.

These service providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us and are subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
If you use services or features that are AI-assisted, we may also share Inputs and Outputs with AI service providers that help provide those features, as described in “Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Processing” above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction (such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).
Data retention
We retain your personal and health data for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, fulfill your orders, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If AI-assisted features are used, Inputs and Outputs may be stored in AI assistant logs within our coaching platform. We retain these logs for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless you request deletion sooner (subject to any legal obligations or legitimate business purposes that require retention).
After you stop using our services, we may retain limited personal data to comply with legal and accounting requirements. If you wish for your data to be deleted sooner, please contact us at warriorperformancelab.com/contact.
Third party websites
Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Processing
We may use AI-assisted features as part of our coaching services and client experience (for example, to summarize client check-ins, generate drafts of training or nutrition plans, generate suggested content, automate certain administrative tasks, and run reports). These AI-assisted features may be provided through our coaching software platform and may involve third-party AI services.
Inputs and Outputs. When AI-assisted features are used, information you (or your coach) provide through our services (“Input”) may be processed to generate results (“Output”). Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. You are responsible for using your judgment and verifying Output before relying on it.
Not Medical Advice. Output (and any training or nutrition content we provide) is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing a fitness or nutrition program.
Third-Party AI Providers and International Transfers. When AI-assisted features are enabled, Inputs (which may include health, fitness, and nutrition information) may be processed by third-party AI providers on our behalf, including in countries outside of your country of residence. These providers process data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Some providers may temporarily retain certain data for safety, security, and abuse monitoring as permitted by their policies and applicable law.
Data Minimization. We aim to minimize the personal information included in Inputs sent to AI providers (for example, by removing direct identifiers such as names and email addresses where feasible). These measures may not be available today for all features.
Your Choices. If you would like us not to use AI-assisted features in connection with your personal information, please contact us at warriorperformancelab.com/contact.

If you are located in the EEA/UK, we process personal information when we have a lawful basis under applicable data protection laws. This may include: (a) performing a contract with you (for example, providing coaching services, delivering digital content, and managing your account); (b) your consent (including explicit consent where required for health-related information); (c) our legitimate interests (for example, improving our services, preventing fraud, and maintaining security); and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
Where we process health-related information (which is a special category of personal data), we do so with your explicit consent or another applicable legal condition under Article 9.
