What We’ll Cover in Your 75-Minute Game Plan
Race Overview & Goals
We’ll clarify your A/B goals (finish time, effort, placement), wave details, and what a successful race looks like for you.
Pacing & Run Strategy
Together we’ll map out realistic pacing so you’re not sprinting the first 1 km and hanging on for dear life. You’ll leave knowing how fast to run when you’re fresh, mid-race, and in the final push.
Station-by-Station Plan
We’ll go through each HYROX® station and adjust your approach based on your strengths and current bottlenecks — sleds, SkiErg, farmers carry, lunges, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and more.
Effort & Mindset Framework
We’ll decide where to play it smart and where to go to the well. You’ll get RPE guidelines, breathing strategies, and mental cues you can lean on when things get hard.
Fueling, Hydration & Race-Week Prep
We’ll dial in simple race-week nutrition, day-of fueling, hydration, and any last-minute tweaks based on your current plan and sensitivity (caffeine, gels, etc.).
Q&A — Your Specific Questions
You bring the questions, I bring the experience. We’ll leave time to address anything that’s worrying you: doubles dynamics, heat management, transitions, or mistakes from previous races.

How It Works
How Your HYROX® Game Plan Session Works
Step 1 – Quick pre-session intake
After you book your Game Plan session, you’ll complete a short form so I can review:
- Your race date, location, and category
- Any past HYROX® or hybrid results (if you have them)
- Your biggest strengths and struggles (sleds, running, lunges, wall balls, etc.)
- Any injuries or constraints I should know about
This lets us spend the call on solutions, not just collecting basic info.
Step 2 – 75-minute live video call
We’ll meet via video and walk through your entire race strategy step by step — pacing, stations, mindset, and practical details you can control.
Step 3 – Written Game Plan recap
After the call, you’ll receive a written summary with your key pacing notes, station priorities, and specific cues or reminders. You can refer back to this as you train and in the final days before your race.

2. After checkout, you’ll complete a quick Game Plan intake form so I can understand your race, training, and goals.
3. At the bottom of that form, you’ll tell me your time zone and the days/times that work best for you.
4. Within one business day I’ll email you options for booking a time.
5. We meet, build your race plan, and you leave knowing exactly how you’ll attack race day.
