You’ll receive a short questionnaire (8–10 min). Have weekly availability, recent training/runs/PRs, and any HYROX/DEKA splits ready. Optional: 2–3 short videos (run side view + one station).
2) Build live
In 75 minutes we audit training, align goals, and co‑create your plan and nutrition framework.
3) Execute
You receive your plan and quick notes the same day. Final consolidated Game Plan PDF delivered within 48 hours.

Rescheduling & cancellations

FAQs
Do I need a race date?
No. We’ll optimize the next 30 days and adjust once you set a date. You don’t have to be a competitor.
Will I get a long plan?
This is a focused Game Plan for 2–4 weeks (can extend to 4–6 weeks based on context). Many athletes rebook monthly or before key phases.
Is this only for HYROX?
HYROX is my specialty, and I also coach hybrid athletes and runners who want strength and event specificity.
What about injuries or medical concerns?
We’ll work around current limitations. This consult isn’t medical care—please follow your clinician’s guidance.
