- 12-week arc: Base → Build → Race-Specific → Taper
- Structured threshold and VO₂ sessions to dial race-pace running
- Regular compromised 1Ks (run + sled push/pull) to rehearse transitions
- Station endurance days (Ski, lunges, wall balls, farmers, burpee broad jumps)
